A new range of frames for recreational shooters has been launched by a new Australian company.
Key points:The RayBan Ultra Classic Pro is a $250 model that has been in development for some timeThe new frame is the first RayBan frame to be offered with the new ray-emitting material (Ray-Net)It will be available in a range of styles including denim, wool and cotton framesThe Ray-Net technology is a lightweight, flexible and breathable material that can absorb moisture and be used to create frames for a variety of recreational shooters including those who have trouble keeping their hands dry.
The RayBans Ultra Classic, a $350 model that comes with a range for recreational users, is a new model that will be made available later this year.
RayBans founder Adam Brown said the new frame had been in the making for some months.
“We’ve been developing it and we’re going to be launching it very soon,” he said.
“Ray-net is a very lightweight, lightweight material that we’re using to create the frames for the Ray-Ban Ultra.”
So you can have the lightweight Ray-Bans that you know you can take anywhere, you can carry them in your pocket, you don’t have to worry about keeping them dry.
“But what we’re doing with Ray-net and our new Ultra Classic frames is really making them super lightweight and flexible, making them water-proof, making the frames really light and light weight, so you can get in there and shoot something with the RayBons Ultra Classic and shoot it with your Ray-nets Ultra Classic.”
And then we’ll also be offering a range which will be in denim, cotton and wool.
“The RayNet fabric that we use is very lightweight and really flexible.
It’s super flexible and it’s extremely breathable, so it’s going to allow you to do really light things like a light rain, you’ll be able to use it with a Ray-ban for a day, or a day with the Ultra Classic for a week, you know.””
So that’s a really exciting thing, you won’t have anything to worry over.”
RayNet fabric is water-resistant, lightweight and breathably flexibleRayBan Ultra Pro is the latest in the RayBan line of frame designs that include a range that offers the new RayNet technology.
The Ultra Classic comes with two versions, a basic RayNet frame with a removable hood and a more sophisticated model with a built-in camera, a range-finder and a lens mount.
“This is a super lightweight, light, lightweight RayNet that’s designed for recreational shooting,” Mr Brown said.
“The Ultra is a lighter version of the Ultra Pro.
Its designed for shooting, not for the average person.
It’s designed specifically for recreational use.”
The RayBand is a frame that attaches to the RayNet panels and can be used with other frame styles.
The RayCap, RayNet’s predecessor, is an optional accessory that attaches directly to the frame and can create a range in various sizes.
RayNet is light enough to be worn as a body armour and is water resistant, but it can also be used as a spray on film or a light spray to protect a rifle.
Unlike other RayBands, the RayBand does not use a camera, and the RayCap does not come with a lens, but does come with the option of a lens holder.
RayNet frames can be made from a variety different materials including the ultra-light cotton ray, a durable wool ray and ray-tanned wool.
This new range will come with three styles of RayNet frames, all of which have different styling and material choices.
“You know what we like to do in RayBanners, we take a look at the materials, we look at how we can improve the materials,” Mr Redding said.
He said the latest RayNet material had been “very well thought out” and he hoped to offer the range in different colours and styles in the future.
One of the colours, the Ultra Red, will be the first colour available in the range.
“I think it’s an exciting colour, it’s a very dark red, we wanted to bring in a really strong, very bright red to it and then really add that to it.”
It’s really a really unique colour.
So it will have a bright red tone to it, so that’s something you really want to go for when you go for a sport or shooting.
“RayBanners Ultra Classic will be priced at $250 with the optional hood and lens mount included.
